  12. Prepare 1 tsp of Paw bhaji masala.
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Haldi powder.
  14. Get 1 tsp of Dhaniya powder.
  15. Prepare of Mirchi powder to taste.

Instructions to make Paw bhaji....my husband's choice:

  1. Saare veggies ko chota chota cut kar de....
  2. Onions ko bhi chota cubes me cut kar de and tomatoes ko bhi....
  3. Pan me butter daale chopped onions daale....fry karein fir ginger garlic paste daale..ache se fry karein.....
  4. Vegetables chopped daale....fry karein... chopped tomatoes daale... pawbhaji masala salt... dhaniya powder....daale... mirchi powder daale.....fir dhak de and jab veggies pak jaaye tab masher se mash karein.....
  5. And fry karte rahe jab oil separate ho jaaye tab paani add kar ke ubaal de..... dhaniya patta add karein.....
  6. Fir.....tava garam karein...butter daal ke paw sek ke ek bowl me daale and butter add kar ke.....
