Add remaining chopped vegetables and fry for 2 minutes. Add salt as per taste and half cup of water. Put the lid of the cooker and let it be cooked till 2 whistles..
  2. Cut 2 tomatoes and grind it in the mixer with other dry spices. Take a pan and add 2 tsp of butter/oil. Put the grinded masala in the pan and fry it for sometime on medium flame till the oil seperates. Add 1tsp of coriander powder, 1tsp of red chilli powder and salt as per taste. 2tsp of paw Bhaji masala and now add all the vegetables and cook it to sometime,.
  3. Once prepared garnish with chopped coriander leaves and roasted cashew and almonds and 1 slice of lemon (optional).
  4. Take 2 paw buns slice it from middle and spread butter and roast it on hot tava till the butter absorbs properly..
